What is Chiropractic?

The transformative power of chiropractic medicine was first witnessed in 1895 when Daniel David Palmer encountered a deaf worker with a misplaced disc in his spine. The man had lost his hearing after feeling a pop in his back. Palmer, driven by a belief in the body's innate healing abilities, performed an adjustment. Miraculously, the man regained his hearing the next day, marking the birth of chiropractic medicine.

What is the science behind Chiropractic Medicine?

Chiropractic medicine has come far from Daniel David Palmer's grocery store. It is founded on the principle that the body is, in large part, a self-healing organism. Through adjustments, the body is returned to its proper alignment, allowing all of the parts to communicate optimally and the body to heal itself.

Does chiropractic medicine replace traditional medicine?

At our practice, we firmly believe in the power of collaboration. We advocate for our patients to receive the best care possible, which often involves the use of chiropractic services in conjunction with traditional medicine. This approach ensures a comprehensive and holistic treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

How does this work?

It all begins with an assessment and X-rays. During the assessment, you will meet with the doctor and share your health problems and concerns. You and the doctor will then develop a treatment plan that will begin your journey to wellness.
